Description
Indicates whether the upconverter has settled from changes to either the IF input signal or changes to device control parameters, such as RF Output Gain, RF Frequency, or IF Attenuation. This property indicates whether or not the RF output is valid for processing by another downstream system component, such as a digitizer.
