| Description: | This attribute specifies the local network interface, or IP address, on which to send multicast datagrams. A channel can send multicast datagrams on only one interface at a time, regardless of system configuration. By default, you specify this interface when you create the channel. If you do not specify an interface when you create the channel, LabWindows/CVI uses the system's default interface. For example, if you are sending a multicast from a computer with more than one network card, you must select a single output interface even though the system has multiple IP addresses. |
