AnalysisLibErrType CxBlkHarrisWin (NIComplexNumber arrayX[], ssize_t numberOfElements);
Purpose
Applies a 3-term Blackman-Harris window to the complex input signal. If y represents the output sequence, CxBlkHarrisWin obtains the elements of y using the following equation:

for i = 0, 1, 2, ..., n – 1
where n is the number of elements in arrayX.
This function performs the window operation in place; that is, the windowed data replaces the input data.
