AnalysisLibErrType ExBkmanWin (double arrayX[], ssize_t numberOfElements);
Purpose
Applies an exact Blackman window to a real signal. If y represents the output sequence, ExBkmanWin obtains the elements of y using the following equation:
for i = 0, 1, 2, ..., n – 1

| n is the number of elements in arrayX |
This function performs the window operation in place; that is, the windowed data replaces the input data.
