Purpose
Applies a Hanning window to a real signal. If y represents the output sequence x, HanWin obtains the elements of y using the following equation:yi = 0.5xi[1 - cos(w)]
for i = 0, 1, 2, ..., n – 1.where n is the number of elements in x and

This function performs the window operation in place; that is, the windowed data replaces the input data.
