EVENT_CLOSE
Description
When a user executes the Close command from the System menu or clicks the Close button in the upper right corner of the panel titlebar, LabWindows/CVI generates an EVENT_CLOSE event and sends the event to the callback function associated with the top-level panel.
This event is not swallowable.
