IsTreeItemExposed
int IsTreeItemExposed (int panelHandle, int controlID, int itemIndex, int *isExposed);
Purpose
Returns a Boolean value indicating whether the specified item is exposed. An exposed item is one whose ancestors are all expanded. Items that do not have a parent are always exposed.

You can use IsTreeItemExposed with tree controls.

panelHandle | int | Specifier for a particular panel that is currently in memory. You can obtain this handle from functions such as LoadPanel and NewPanel. |
controlID | int | The defined constant, located in the .uir header file, that you assigned to the control in the User Interface Editor, or the ID returned by functions such as NewCtrl and DuplicateCtrl. |
itemIndex | int | Zero-based index of the tree item. |

A Boolean value indicating whether all of the ancestors of the specified tree item are expanded. 0 = not exposed (at least one ancestor is collapsed) 1 = exposed (all ancestors are expanded) |
