New Configuration Dialog Box
Use the New Configuration dialog box to add a compiler configuration to the Active 32-bit compiler and Active 64-bit compiler options of the Build Options dialog box. Click New in the Compiler for Release Configuration dialog box to open the New Configuration dialog box.
Use the New Configuration dialog box to set the following options:
- Configuration Name—Specifies the name that appears in the list of available compiler configurations in the Active 32-bit compiler and Active 64-bit compiler options.
- Destination File (.ecc)—Specifies the pathname of the new .ecc file in which to store the compiler configuration. Click the … button next to this option to browse to the folder in which you want to save the new file. You cannot select an existing .ecc file.
- Template Configuration—Specifies the template whose settings you want to use as the initial settings for the new configuration. This option is populated with the templates LabWindows/CVI provides. Select Custom Settings from Active Project to copy the project-specific settings for the active project to the new .ecc file. The Custom Settings from Active Project item is available only if you enable the Override CVI Environment Settings for this Project option in the Release Configuration dialog box.
