int StrICmpWithoutSurrWhiteSpace (const char string1[], const char string2[]);
Purpose
Performs a byte–by–byte, case–insensitive comparison of two nul–terminated strings. This function ignores leading and trailing white space.
Returns:
A negative value if string1 is less than string2.
Zero if string1 is identical to string2.
A positive value if string1 is greater than string2.
